Getting Motivated
I
am looking at your website and considering going ahead with finding a
coach. I know in my gut that I am capable of more, but just can't see to
get myself organized to do the things I need to reach my goals. My
career is running no place and my wife and I have been arguing about the
stupidest things. I feel disoriented and lost. Can your services help
me?
Dear
Getting Motivated
Absolutely!
The first step in helping you is to assess what is going on with you
personally. Are you feeling somewhat depressed or without options? We
would help you by identifying the factors that are contributing to your
current perspective, and work with you to find another way to construct
your understanding of things. For instance, there may be more ways to
look at your goals and to figure out where the holdbacks are. Are you
confident that the goals that you set for yourself are realistic and
worthy? Are there other goals that you have not been able to yet
articulate, but are there, behind the scenes that have energy? Are there
underlying mental health issues that concern you?
After
the assessment process when we get to know how you operate, we can work
with you to design action plans and timetables. But more than that, we
work with you to overcome the roadblocks that inevitably arise. We coach
you through the setbacks and celebrate the breakthroughs. Your coach
will also give you feedback that may not be flattering - perhaps the
things that your friends and colleagues might avoid discussing with you
directly. If there is feature of yours that holds you from success we
will address it with you with compassion and caring. Regardless of your
circumstances we will hold you to your full potential.
