Personal Coaching

Take a moment to complete the following statements:

What I really want is ...

My definition of success is …

In this life I was meant to …

Do your answers involve personal improvements like better relationships, getting physically fit, jumpstarting a project or career, finding life and work balance? If they do, you may want to consider personal coaching. Also known as 'life coaching,' personal coaching is a partnership by which you identify your life vision, and use the knowledge, encouragement and honest feedback of the coaching relationship to obtain it. Coaching sessions take place in person or over the phone, and can be one-on-one or in a group. Personal coaching is also an excellent complement to other forms of physical, professional, financial and spiritual self-improvement. Simply put, coaching is about getting inspired to live your one precious life the way you want, starting now.

I Could Use Coaching For …

One of the first and best questions a coaching client asks is, "So what do we work on?" And the answer is simply, "What do you WANT to work on?" One secret of coaching is that your goals and visions be important, individualized and fun enough for you to make them happen.

Is Coaching or Counseling Right for Me?

While there are similarities between personal coaching and counseling, the primary difference is that coaching doesn't address psychiatric issues or disorders, but rather issues of personal development and improvement. Personal coaching assumes that you have the resources and energy to design the life you want and make it happen.
